Music has always been a part of my life.

Music has always been a part of my life. At the age of 5, I commenced piano classes at Yamaha Music School and went on to complete 10 years of Classical Piano training. This formal training was instrumental in the development of my reading and writing skills. At the age of 6, I took up dance classes (jazz, ballet & tap) and spent the next 7 years performing in dance productions and various local competitions. I also dabbled in acting from a young age, appearing in Neighbours, Sit Down Shut Up and Stingers to name a few. This extended to some minor roles in a number of television commercials and documentaries. Subsequent to all of this, and in my attempt to become an all-rounded performer, I took up vocal tuition. It was with a microphone in hand that I discovered where my true passion lay. Singing fuelled my hunger for musical knowledge and was the catalyst in my pursuit for Musical excellence. It became my driving force in life and set me off in the direction I find myself in today. My scholastic years were filled with musical studies and performances. In 2006 I completed a tertiary degree in Music and subsequent to that a post-graduate Diploma of Education majoring in Music.

From the tender age of 15, I was contracted to an all girl pop band called NVS. This was to be my introduction to the writing and recording industry and carved my development as an artist. Over the next couple of years I worked in a variety of corporate gigs around the country and also travelled to Las Vegas aged 18 to perform in a production at the Star Dust Casino. In 2005, I audition for Australian Idol as a means of breaking into the music industry and successfully reached the top 10 finalists. I had the opportunity to perform to millions of viewers each week on National TV and in front of 20,000 people at the Finale at the Sydney Opera House.

In 2006, I signed to an Independent Record Label called ‘Inn Records’ and released my first single ‘TiAmo’, a classic tune which went to 1 around the world in the late 70’s early 80’s. I chose the song because it was a favourite in my household when I was growing up. In my version I wanted to give it a more contemporary sound that was driven by powerful vocals.

2009 saw the release of my first 7 track EP, ‘This is me’ available on iTunes after joinging forces with Katie Cole, Kristof, Audius, and The Sound Academy. It contains 4 original singles and some really cool club mixes including an awesome electro-pop remix by one of Australia’s Top DJ/Producers Fabian Gray.

Over the past two years I committed myself to writing new material for my new album and worked on an expansion of my brand into the Asian market, which culminated in a 6 city Hennessy Artistry tour of China. Performing alongside some of Asia’s biggest pop stars including Van Fan and Da Mouth, I also had the chance to showcase some of my new songs from my upcoming album. Furthermore the opportunity arose for me to pursue my talents in the world of acting, where I attained my first gig as a co-host on a Melbourne based talent show called ‘Ring 2 Sing’. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and look forward to further developing my skills as a host.

2011 brings my latest digital release called ‘Season For Love’. Co-written with one of Europe’s hottest up and coming prospects ‘Best Seller’, fresh from the clubs of Mykonos. The result: pop infused Euro-dance. A first time for me.

In 2012 I travelled to America to get my new album ‘Find A Way’ and first single ‘Rock My Way’ produced by Ben Thompson (who has worked with artists including Jessica Jarrell and acclaimed songwriter/producer Toby Gad). With a full year of careful planning, I describe the release as “edgy pop” with elements comparable to Rihanna meets the more European stylistic flair of Ellie Goulding with it’s soaring melodies, hypnotic beats and raw lyrics. The release of the single and album came late 2013, check it out on iTunes.

I continue to develop my craft and am currently back in the studio writing and creating new music.
